What a pleasure it was to photograph this summer wedding at Wethele Manor. Lots of people that we knew too! Carly and James chose the stunningly beautiful Wethele Manor which is in a village between Rugby and Leamington Spa. They also couldn’t have wished for better weather especially as they had an outdoor ceremony planned.

Bridal Preparations at Summer Wedding at Wethele Manor

I arrived at Wethele Manor to be greeted by a very excited bride. Carly was getting ready in the lodges next to the lake with Leanne Clelland (LC Hair Company) who was doing hair styling. The flowers were courtesy of the talented Annita’s Floral Design. We worked alongside Ben from BRS Videography which is always an absolute pleasure as we work as a team to capture both the photographs and video footage.

Carly’s dress was supplied by Sammie Lou Bridal Couture, the owner of which, Sammie, was bridesmaid! The designer was White Rose Bridal and wow what a dress it was too.

James chose to get ready at the venue too and he was in the main house with his groomsmen with Kev capturing some photos. He looked very dapper in his Marc Darcy suit from Albie and Lonnie’s. Looked great with and without the jacket too which was just as well as it was a very hot day!

They had a lovely outdoor ceremony and once married there was plenty of time to relax and enjoy time with family and friends as well as having photos taken. Anna Brookes was playing the sax during this time too.

After a group shot of everyone we made our way into the marquee for the wedding breakfast which was lovely as the sides of the marquee were open. Stationery was provided by Samantha of Designed by Brownings.

Afterwards we had some fun with the bridesmaids/men and then went off into the field for some more relaxed couple photos. Check out that Dirty Dancing lift, in fact with that dress I would say it is better than the DD version!

Luxury Photo Booth at Wethele Manor

The fabulous cake from The Rugby Cake Fairy had survived the heat of the day extremely well and once cut the guests were introduced into the barn for the dancing. A nice surprise rap from Carly’s sisters added to the entertainment. Well done ladies…it was awesome! Our Luxury Photo Booth also meant there were many more photos captured throughout the evening.

Amazing day spent with amazing people including the team from Wethele Manor who ran the day perfectly as always.
