An outdoor wedding ceremony at Catthorpe Manor is becoming a popular choice for couples.

We met Charlotte and Richard over 2 years ago at a wedding fayre.They decided we were the photographers for them. It was lovely after all that time to finally get chance to shoot their special day.

Getting ready at Catthorpe Manor

They decided that they wanted to keep things easy so both of them got ready at the hotel. Charlotte had one of the suites with LK Hair and Kaye Salmon doing hair and make up. She wore a stunning Mori Lee dress from Beau Belles in Derby. The morning included 2 very special flower girls one of which was the couple’s daughter who was the star of the show!

Richard and the groomsmen wore suits from Quorndon Formal Hire.

Outdoor wedding ceremony at Catthorpe Manor

The couple chose an outdoor wedding ceremony. What a gorgeous way to get married. The weather was perfect too. George Simpson was singing and playing the guitar throughout the day and into the evening. He also organised the music for later.

The decor around the venue was by Princess Occasions and the beautiful flowers by Katie Alice Formal Design.

We had the opportunity to capture some formal photos of the family. We then took the couple off for a few portraits before they were welcomed into their wedding breakfast which was followed by the cutting of the cake from Grandma’s Kitchen.

There was time after for a few more photos and then it was time to party.
