We love a fun wedding at Home Farm Braunston! They are always full of fun and also personality and that was definitely the case for the wedding of Nichola and Hugh. Home Farm is up on the hill in Braunston so has fabulous views. They put up a marquee for the summer and you can really go to town in terms of making your wedding suit you.

Bridal prep at home

I started the day with Nichola and some very familiar bridesmaids as I had seen them all before at Elisha’s wedding a couple of years ago. Nichola had decorated the house and there was a party atmosphere from the word go!! Sam Hallam was doing hairstyling and Naomi McKeever and Katie Morley were doing make up. Nichola’s dress and the bridesmaids’ dresses were from Bea’s Bridal in Southam. They all looked amazing. The colour scheme was also amazing, perfect for the wedding fun that was going to be had at Home Farm Braunston. Flowers were the finishing touch and these were by Faye’s Flowers. 

Kev met up with Hugh in Braunston. He looked great in his suit from Black Tie and was greeting guests at the Admiral Nelson before making his way up to Home Farm to check everything was perfect for the ceremony.

Start of wedding fun at Home Farm Braunston

There was a slight delay to the ceremony but when the girls all arrived it was a beautiful walk down the aisle with the bridesmaids all dancing their way to Hugh! Laura Grimson was the Celebrant for the ceremony. It was very personal and full of fun and laughter too. Once the vows and rings were exchanged it was on with the party. The marquee looked absolutely stunning and this was down to Junie Poonie. Damian from Big Bopper Entertainment was on hand to MC and then took to the DJ booth later on for the evening entertainment.

Wedding Catering Northamptonshire 

The catering was supplied by Great Tasting and then it was the speeches. Oh wow they were all great but the one by the Maid of Honour was hilarious!! 

We took the couple off for a few photos (check out the groom’s accessory as a result of breaking a bone on his stag!!) and then it was time for rounders which everyone loved.

 The dancing commenced with the couple’s first dance and then it was everyone to the dance floor to party the night away.
